Pull up to the neon, cut the engine, and check in from your phone before the radio even cools down. The Neon Cactus Motel is a vintage 1950s motor-inn on old Route 66, restored with period furniture, mint-condition ceramic tiles and a pool that catches the whole sunset. Every door opens straight onto the courtyard, the way roadside stays were meant to be. Days are for diner coffee and antique shops; nights are for the glow of the sign, a vinyl jukebox, and nothing but stars overhead.
